Terms, refunds & cancellations
The important details for ordering fresh products from Mac’s Craft Butchers.
Ordering and preparation
Collection orders have a €5 minimum. Choose an available date and 15-minute time slot at checkout. Order at least two shop-opening hours before the slot; early morning slots close for booking on the previous open day.
Online orders are paid by card at checkout. Any product without a confirmed final online selling price remains unavailable for online purchase.
Delivery
Local delivery costs €3 on orders below €40 and is free on orders of €40 or more. Free home delivery is available in Newbridge and surrounding villages. Delivery outside these areas can be arranged by calling 045 431149. Choose an available Thursday, Friday or Saturday morning date and time at checkout.
Availability and substitutions
We do not make substitutions without speaking to you. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you.
Allergens and storage
All allergy and ingredient information is available on request in store. If you have a specific allergy concern, contact us before ordering.
Use or freeze fresh meat within 24 hours of purchase. Keep frozen products at −18°C and thaw fully in a refrigerator before cooking. Cooking times vary by product and appliance.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Refunds and replacements
If a product is damaged or soiled, contact the shop within 24 hours of the original purchase. Refunds or replacements are handled in store or by phone and require the original product to be returned.
